Beetroot Raita Recipe
Ingredients
400 gms curd
3/4 cup water
2 tea spoons ground beetroot
1 tea spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon roasted jeera powder
Instructions
1) beat the curd with water
2) add salt and whisk
3) add ground beetroot
4) add roasted jeera powder
5) serve chilled !
Notes
Tip : Do not add too much roasted jeera powder, just a pinch would be sufficient
