Masala Papad Recipe

Ingredients

5 papads
1 medium onion
1 cucumber
1 medium sized tomato
2 green chillies
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp amchoor / dry mango powder
1/4 lemon

Instructions

1) dice all the vegetables, onions, tomatoes and cucumber including green chillies
2) add the spices salt and amchoor
3) squeeze in a quarter lemon
4) mix all the above mixture in a bowl
5) roast a papad and top it with the above topping
6) serve immediately and enjoy

Notes

Tip : do not add the liquid extract from the mixture over the papad, else the papad tends to get wet , drenched and henceforth tears
