Ingredients
500 gms paneer
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
5 medium tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
3 tbl spoons of vegetable oil for sauce
3 red chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves
1 tsp coriander leaves
For the Sauce
1) add the oil to a kadai at medium flame
2) add crushed coriander seeds and red chillies
3) add garlic and stir well
4) add diced onion
5) add 1 tsp of salt
6) add the tomatoes and lower the flame
7) add turmeric and red chilli powder and saute'
cover the sauce with a lid and cook at low flame for 15 mins
9) keep this sauce aside we'll be using it later
For the Kadai Paneer
1) add the oil to a wok / kadai at medium flame
2) add whole coriander seeds when oil is hot
3) add the paneer cubes and saute' until paneer is golden brown
4) add all the bell peppers
5) add salt to taste, you've already added 1 tsp salt to the sauce
6) stir for atleast 9-10 mins
7) add the sauce that you prepared earlier to this kadai of paneer
9) keep this sauce aside we'll be using it later
For the Kadai Paneer
1) add the oil to a wok / kadai at medium flame
2) add whole coriander seeds when oil is hot
3) add the paneer cubes and saute' until paneer is golden brown
4) add all the bell peppers
5) add salt to taste, you've already added 1 tsp salt to the sauce
6) stir for atleast 9-10 mins
7) add the sauce that you prepared earlier to this kadai of paneer
saute' and mix well for around 1-2 minutes
9) garnish with coriander leaves
10) turn the flame low and simmer and add crushed fenugreek leaves
11) serve hot with chapatis' , rotis', naan's , enjoy !

Tip : Adding salt to the onions in the beginning itself, helps the onions cook faster than regular.
