how to make Raisins and Almond Muffins

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 (1/2 cup) stick butter / clarified butter
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Instructions

1) Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl.
2) Fill cups of muffins and
3) Bake in an Oven with Convection setting at 190C or 375F for 30 minutes
4) After retrieving them from the oven let them cool down

Notes

Tip : After retrieving the muffins DO NOT cool them under a fan, it turns them hard, let them cool down naturally at room temperature
