Ingredients
1/2 tsp jeera / cumin
1 and a 1/2 tsp salt
500 gms paneer / cottage cheese
2 onions diced and chopped
1/2 capsicum / green bell pepper
1 tbl spoon ginger chopped
3/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp anardana / pomegranate seeds powder
Instructions
1) Add oil to a kadai / wok and warm
2) Add cumin seeds
3) Add chopped onions at med-high flame
4) Add 1/2 tsp salt and saute'
5) Add chopped ginger and capsicum and cook for 3-4 minutes
6) Add grated paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes at low flame
7) Add spices viz. salt, white pepper powder and anardana

Notes
Tip : Do not over cook the paneer, put off the flame when slightly golden brown, otherwise paneer bhurji would become chewy and taste like rubber.
